Ember Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Bounce or Die mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

3. Data Storage

Your game data (scores, unlocked skins, coin balance, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard data persistence mechanisms. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

If you delete the App or clear its data, your local game progress will be permanently lost.

4. Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment processing. Visit apple.com/legal/privacy for more information.
